Ebiz Latin America offers the B2Buyer integration module that allows you to integrate your Supplying system to the Platform of Connectivity - HUB of the e-Marketplace, facilitating the shipment and reception of the information in real time of your suppliers.

B2Buyer allows the buyers to continue working in their own environment and/or system, being totally transparent the mean and the form in which they transmit or send the information to their suppliers. All the information that the suppliers work via Integration with their Commercial System, B2Seller Outlook e-commerce and/or WEB are entered directly and in an automatic form way to the Supply system.

This integration allows the buyers the following:
1. To send quotation requests to one or more suppliers with just a single command.
2. Receive the quotations and all the information of their suppliers, into their Purchase system as well as to their Prices comparative chart in a direct form.
3. After evaluating, being able to send via electronically Purchase orders.
4. To send electronically plans of delivery, dispatch orders and resupply order.
5. To have information of the document status as for example: sent documents, received, accepted, taken care of, rejected among others

The integration with the Supply System also allows them to share inventories information, on the basis of Fixed Price Contracts, Usufruct Contracts and/or Consigment contracts. In the same way it allows to carry out the shipments of the resupply orders, and information of inventories movement and closure.
